 Hey guys...how are you... Back again on my blog….

This time my daily activity is not as usual, why? because on April 14, 2022 yesterday what I did was help seniors in semester 4 and semester 6 prepare a joint iftar menu which will be held in the afternoon. what I did that day was to make one of the takjil, which is a pretty sweet cake, like this beautiful and sweet me, hahahahaha ...... just kidding guys😂. In this manufacturing process there are 3 ingredients that must be prepared, each of which will then be mixed into one. So, I got the part to prepare ingredient C which consists of coconut milk, cornstarch, sugar, salt, and water. I mix these ingredients together, after that I cook on the stove over medium heat until the white sauce thickens. While waiting for the sauce to cool a bit, I took the bottle to put the white sauce in. While waiting for my friend to make her green dough, I prepared her steaming pan and molded cups. after everything is ready, we immediately put the green dough into the mold and white sauce on the surface and then steamed for about 15 minutes. we keep doing it until it's done. The number of cakes that we made was around 250 more.
