So we did the doing the next day after preparing, the first thing to do was cut the chicken that has been marinated into 8 parts and mix it with all the ingredients that have been prepared such as lemongrass that has been mashed, then the sauce, brown sugar and also some other ingredients and marinated for 3 hours before frying, after 3 hours the chicken is fried until brownish red and cooked and served with rice and grilled eggplant,
