So on this occasion I want to share a little of my activities on 26-05-2022, on that day we again ran the rotation menu II.1 and we got the apptizer menu, I myself had the opportunity to make chinese spinach and peanut salad, so on this day That's why I first roasted the peanuts until the skin was golden brown and until the nuts were cooked, after that I continued to prepare the spinach, I just took the leaves then I washed and set aside, after that I continued to make the sauce, from several bottled sauce mixtures, after the sauce so I continued to make the spinach that I had cleaned earlier, I heated the water until it boiled then I put the spinach for about 1-2 minutes then I removed it and put it in cold water so that the spinach color didn't wilt and it still looked fresh green, after that I Drain and I squeeze with my hands to remove the water, after that I cut the spinach into pieces and I serve it with bro, the sauce and also a sprinkling of peanuts that I have roasted, for this Chinese menu, it is very easy and practical to make it.
