Day 1
the first day of practical activities in the kitchen on Monday the 14th to prepare the ingredients that will be used for cooking for the coordination meeting, I was directed to prepare ingredients for cooking on Wednesdays and Thursdays, the menu that my group got was: sambala bale tuna, seafood spice blend, and also the banana heart lawar, on the first day my group prepared the necessary ingredients such as peeling onions, washing the ingredients and storing them in the refrigerator, and I also helped other groups when my work was finished, I helped my friend prepare the ingredients for the group, such as making stock and also cutting onions, tomatoes and carrots and some other ingredients, after finishing preparing in the afternoon, GC and I took part in the main kit}hen starting from theworking table, floor and drainage with some of my friends.
Day 2
On the second day my group didn't have any assignments because the menu we made was quite simple and didn't require much time to be processed, so we agreed to help other groups to continue preparing, I started by helping my senior brother make chocolate pudding vla milk, after that I helped my group of friends in the fish section, I helped my friend to wrap the Pepes fish, after Pepes Fish I also helped my friend in the pastry make pretty sweet cakes and after that in the afteroon I went back to doing GC and the task was still the same as the first day
Day 3
On the third day, where all the ingredients we prepared previously were used,the third day in the morning when I arrived at campus at half past 8 1immediately helped Pak Anas to boil the corn and bananas used for coffee,after that I consulted with Mr. jaya about the tuna that my group will process,after being directed by me and my friends to prepare the existing tuna, we cut the tuna into cubes and after that it is marinated using lemon and soaked for an hour at 54 degrees, after in souvide, I save the tuna in the walk in chiller to use the next morning, after preparing the tuna I help seniors to process the seafood that will be used for dinner that day, the shrimp and squid are grilledvand mixed with the existing ingredients then it is garnished and handed over to the serving section to be served, after we finish we GC and go home to rest
Day 4
The 4th day or the last day for the coordination meeting activity I came at half past 8 and the first thing I did was to buy young coconuts then open a supply warehouse to take the tuna that had been prepared the day before, the tuna fish was taken out for towing because it will be used for lunch, after removing the fish I then prepared the sauce for the tuna, cut the onion and tomatoes and also mixed it with orange juice, basil and also added salt, sugar and mushroom broth, it tasted almost the same as dabu dabu but not gravy like dabu dabu, after finished making dabu dabu I helped my friend in pastry to prepare a cofferbreak and after that helped senior brother to toast the tuna and prepare it to be served, after that all work was done, I rested and waited for the g to start, after gc went online and also some instructions and go home
