Hey gang, on this occasion I want to tell you about my activities on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, on that day we practiced the 1.3 rotation menu and my group had the opportunity to make the main course menu, the menus were plecing vegetables, roasted duck, and also beef stew, on the previous day we had prepared the ingredients that we wanted to use so as to facilitate practical activities on the D day, at that time our group divided into 3 groups again to make 3 dishes, and I got the opportunity to make beef stew, first thing what I did was grill the meat that I had previously cut into cubes, grill the meat until it was medium rare, after I grilled the meat, I set it aside and cooled, while it was chilling I cut the carrots into bruno pieces and also chopped celery and onions onions, after that I saure onions and carrots until fragrant and add celery leaves, after that I set aside, then I add the meat that I grilled earlier and I put in the brown stock and cook the same by adding the roux so that the texture is thick, then I add the tomato paste, before adding the brownstock slowly, so that the beef stew is red, then after that add the carrots, celery and onions that have been sauteed earlier, and cooked until thickened and red, after I finished making the beef stew dish I then cleaned the work area and started to carry out GC, that was my activity on Wednesday 30 March 2022, see you gayss😁😁
