Hey gang, back to my blog, this time I want to tell you about my activities on Thursday, March 31, 2022, that day we practiced the rotation menu 1.4 and my group had the opportunity to make aptizer dishes, namely, pate pastry and also calm cowder, and On that day I got a part to make pate pastry, so the first thing I did was to make the stuffing of the pate pastry, I cooked the minced meat with seasoning and onions, cooked until fragrant and not raw, after that I let it cool and then I made pate pastry skin, the dough is similar to making a pie, the dough is kneaded until smooth and stored in the chiller for approximately 2 hours after that it can be shaped, the same as making pate pastry with my friend, we both made pate pastry from morning, the pie dough was in milled until the desired thickness is then entered into the mold that has been determined, form the dough to cover the mold, trim and enter the cooked meat adi, after that cover the dough from the top to cover the meat, after that the dough is baked until golden, after that the pie is cut into triangles and decorated on a plate using holandaisw sauce and also some garnishes, after everything is done we continue to do gc and go home .
