So on this occasion I would like to tell you a little about the activities that I did on 6 -5-2022, so that day we ran the country side dish menu, and my group was selected for the country of Japan on that day, there were 3 menus that we made on that day that is
- tempura
- dorayaki
- dango
We chose these three menus because the processing method is simple and fast because peaktek time is only half a day from 1 to 4 o'clock, for the first thing I made that day was to make dorayaki dough, the mixture of dorayaki dough was quite easy because only one time mixing and let stand for about 15 minutes, after that it is cooked on a hot pan over low heat, for the size I use a 15 ml laddle and for the results as can be seen in the photo I have included, and for the dorayaki filling I use red beans anko that I had processed the day before from home,


This is how dorayaki fights after it's done, guys. Then I made dango, the dough is also simple, just mix warm water with tapioca flour and rice flour, mix until the dough feels right in the hand, after that take the dough that has been weighed approximately 20 grams and enter the stuffing that has been made, you can also the dough is colored using food coloring, after that cook the dough in hot water for about 10 minutes until the dough floats not sinking after that remove it and put it in cold water so that the texture is slippery and chewy when eaten, and for the appearance after it becomes like this


After that, there is tempura which is also quite easy to make, first, clean the prawns and cut into butterfly pieces and dip them in the dye and coat them with bread crumbs, then fry them in hot oil until golden brown and cooked, it looks like this
