This time I want to share my practical experience on the 28th, namely Indonesian side dish, on that day we ran the Indonesian side dish menu and in that menu there were 3 kinds of side dishes, namely sweet martabak, salty martabak and also cleker, the first one made was salty martabak and after that sweet martabak and for cleker at that time the results were not perfect for one reason or another.
For the martabak asi, we make the skin like making risoles because what we make is a mini martabak, after making the skin we continue to make the filling, which is mixing the gili meat and eggs along with scallions and a little salt and pepper after that the contents are wrapped using the skin that has been made Filled and folded like folding an envelope, then fried in hot oil until golden brown
After that we make sweet martabak by mixing all the ingredients at once and cooking in a special pan that has been prepared, after cooking then on top of the dough sprinkled with meses and also grated cheese and after that it is folded in half and cut into small pieces , and after that the two side dishes were served.
