Rotasi II.2/ gai tod takarai (english)

Ok, on this occasion I want to share with my friends all my activities on 27-5-2022, on that day we again ran the rotation menu II.2 and my group got the opportunity to make the main course and I got a part to make Gai Tod Takrai, this dish is a dish from Thailand, namely a dish in the form of seasoned fried chicken, to make this dish, the first thing I did was to prepare 3 chickens and I brained them out overnight, after that I prepared the spices first, such as garlic , lemongrass, palm sugar, black paper, thai chili, thai fish sauce and also salt, for the garlic I finely chopped and also the thai chili I just cut it into pieces, then I peeled the lemongrass and I beat it until it looked like hair, then I set it aside, after that, we take the chicken that we have in the brain and we cut it according to taste after that take a big place and put the chicken then add the spices, b the seasonings that have been prepared enter all together and mix evenly after that let stand 2-3 hours after that fry the chicken in hot oil with the deep frying method, after that the chicken is ready to be served as in the picture below
