Rotasi II.2 /thai beef salad (english)

So on this occasion I want to tell you about my activities on 16-5-2022 so on that date we run a rotation menu II.2 and my group got the opportunity to make an apptizer and I got a part to make thai beef salad, for the appetizer itself actually combined with the soup, namely tom yum goong, but that day I made a thai beef salad, so on that day the first thing I did was cut the tamdorloin meat that had been brine the day before, I cut the tanderloin meat into slices with a thickness of approximately 3- 4 cm like a piece of steak, after that I season the meat with white paper and also a little salt, after that I let it sit in the chiller for a few minutes, while waiting for me to prepare the sauce, at that time I make the chili sauce almost like chili matah but more watery a little, then I prepare lettuce as a garnish and prepare a grill for meat later, after That's what the meat was grilled to medium rare like in the picture



After grilling the meat, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it again so that the meat does not crumble, then cut the meat slices with a thickness of 1 cm as shown in the picture.



 After cutting the slices, mix the chili that has been made earlier with the meat, mix evenly, after that the meat can be placed on top of the lettuce that has been prepared and the dish is ready.
