So on this occasion I want to tell a little about my legitimation on 26-5-2022, so that day we ran the menu rotation II.4 and my group got the main course, for the menu itself was norimaki or sushi, for the first thing I what I did that day was to prepare everything in advance, I started from the Japanese white rice I cooked until it was fluffier and I mixed it with vinegar, sugar and salt to give the rice a taste, after that I continued to prepare the filling from carrots, cucumbers, eggs, and also tobiko or fish roe, before that I also prepared the nori to wrap the sushi itself, for the carrots I cut into jardinier and I blanched a little so that it wasn't too hard, after that I also cut the cucumber into jardinier and my eggs fried an omelette and I cut them into pieces lengthwise, after everything is ready, I continue to wrap the rice into sushi by taking a sheet of nori and then placing it on top of the sushi wrapping tool. o nothing can be changed to plastic, after that flatten the rice evenly over the nori then from the top end put the pieces of carrot, cucumber, egg and fish eggs or tobiko after that roll the nori tightly and cut into pieces as thick as 1-2 cm according to taste , the final appearance will be like the picture below
For making this norimaki, it is quite easy and fast, it all depends on the rice being cooked, if the rice is hard or too soft then the sushi can be said to have failed.
