​ Hah guys, come back with me😁😁😁, this time I want to tell you about my practical activities, namely making bagguetes, on Wednesday we made bagguetes as practice material in our RKL lessons in several groups and after that the recipes were given and shown directly by Mr. ical, after showing we immediately made bagguete dough, the thing to pay attention to in making baguettes is when folding the dough and when forming the dough, because at that time almost all of our products failed in terms of shape, so we did it again the next day, for the problem of taste, of course the taste of this baguette is already delicious, but the shape of the baguette that we make is not perfect so we have to learn more about baguettes, after that we were asked to make a culture as a substitute for yeast which the manufacturing process takes 4-5 days.  Soo, that's all I can tell you, hopefully it can help friends✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻

​     Hayy guys, welcome to my blog 😁😁 so this time I want to tell a little about my practical activities in the kitchen in the first week of semester 3 so on Monday the first week of practice we got a recipe for the buffet menu and were asked to prepare the ingredients to be prepared. used on Tuesday, coincidentally that week we had the opportunity to handle the main course and there were 2 menus, namely beef trowganof and spaghetti bolognese     on that day I prepared the meat and also the spices needed in the form of tanderloin and also minced meat for spaghetti and onions Bombai and also some other spices, On that day the tanderloin that I had towing and then just brained for the night to use the next day and my minced meat was towing then put into the chiller and for other ingredients it was also prepared and put into the chiller so that tomorrow's work would be easier     Soo that's what I do on Monday and see you on Tuesday… 🏻 🏻 🏻

​   Hayy guysss,ketemu lagi bersama blog saya…kali ini saya ingin menceritakan sedikit tentang praktek saya pada hari kamis minggu pertama..jadi pada hari kamis itu kami dalam mata kuliah SDM di showing langsung oleh pak syahrial dalam proses pembuatan fruit carving,kebetulan buah yang ada di kitchen cuma ada semangka jadi buah yang kami pake adalah semangka,hal pertama yang kami buat adalah membentu kelompok menjdi 4 kelompok karena semangka yang terbatas,setelah itu kami mendengarkan sedikit materi dari pak syahrial dan setelah itu kami langsung di showingkan proses pembuatan fruit carving,hal pertama yang harus di perhatikan adalah membuat pola pada permukaan buah yang ingin fi carving,setelah membuat pola barulah kita mulai meng carving bagin buat,usahakan setiap sisi yang di carving harus sama besarnya agar terlihat cantik,untuk pola pertama selalu di mulai dari tengah untuk pemula,pola bulat adalah pola yang sering di gunakan terutama dalam membuat tema bunga mawar dan setela...

​   Hah guyss,kembali lagi bersama saya ,kali ini saya ingin menceritakan kegiatan praktek saya yaitu membuat bagguete,pada hari rabu kami membuat bagguete sebagai bahan praktek dalam pelajaran RKL kami di bentuk dalam beberapa kelompok dan setelah itu di berikan resep dan di showing langsung oleh pak ical,setelah di showing kami langsung membuat adonan bagguete ,hal yang harus di perhatikn dalam membuat baguete adalah saat melipat adonan dan saat membentuk adonan,karena pada saat itu hampir semua produk kami gagal dalam hal bentuk,jadi kami mengulang kembali di hari hari berikutnya,untuk masalah rasa tentunya rasa baguete ini sudah enak namun bentuk dari baguete yang kami buat belum sempurna sehingga harus mempelajari lebih dalam lagi tentang baguete,setelah itu kami di minta untuk membuat suatu culture sebagai pengganti yeast yang proses pembuatanya memakan waktu 4- 5 hari lamanya. ​    Hayy guysss kembali lagi…soo hari ini saya akan menceritakan proses praktek dalam membuat beef strowganof,untuk hal pertama yang saya lakukan adalah memotong tanderloin yang sudah saya brain terlebih dahulu selama semalaman,untuk potonganya saya slice memanjang dengan tipis sesuai selera kemudian setelah di potong ,daging saya marinasi dengan menggunakan mustard dan juga white paper secukupnya kurang lebih 15 menit      Setelah di marinasi daging tadi kemudian saja grill di atas grill pan ,di griil sebentar lalu di angkat,setelah di grill daging di sisihkan kemudian saya mwnyiapkan bahan lainya yaitu memotong mashroom di slice saja setelah itu sisihkan,kemudian saya memotomg bawang bombai dan membuat krim untuk di campurkan dalam masakan beef stroganof setelah semua persiapan selesai lalu saya memasak semuanya menjadi satu,pertama saya menumis bawang bombai dan bawnag putih sampai agak layu kemudian memasukan daging dan sedikit terigu dan di aduk sampi rata...
